Got wheelchair accessible room with fans as well as heating system as expected. It was reasonably spacious as expected.

Everything was good during 5 days, really enjoyed its marvellous location just next door to the center of the city, the bus stop and train station and the pedestrian precinct that starts at Ayuntamiento Square. My quiet room included exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, an electronic key card and television. I got a bathtub too

Great location right next to the city hall and a bus stop across the street made getting around easy. The room was comfortable, with good wifi and a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The room had an outdated feel, especially the doors and baseboards which hadn't been updated. The bathroom, although renovated, lacked a shelf for toiletries, a bit inconvenient. I also noticed the breakfast options were quite limited and didn't meet expectations. I encountered some noise from outside, which interrupted my rest, and the lack of amenities like shampoo was disappointing.

The room had a tv, heating, and hardwood floors. Beds were comfy, with hypoallergenic and non-feather pillows. The private bathroom was small but had a shower and provided body soap. Key card access was easy, and there were towels and toilet paper.

If you're a fan of delicious burgers, you'll definitely want to check out the square hamburgers nearby. Plus, the cozy ambiance, with a clean and updated bathroom to freshen up after exploring the city. And let's not forget the great value for the price!

Though the central location is a win, the bed clothes could be cleaner, and the staff could be more approachable-the young lady at reception was the only gem among them. The shower was a bit grimy and smelled weird.

The loudness from the street below certainly disrupts peace!!! Such a shame the furniture looks like it's from a thrift store!!! The lack of toiletries in the bathroom was quite noticeable, considering what I paid!!!

Loved the cozy atmosphere and found the lounges perfect for chilling after a long day. There were comfy couches and a cool TV room to kick back in, which really added to the vibe. Just wish there were some basic toiletries provided, but overall, great stay! 😊

Perfect location for exploring the city, a short walk to the vibrant Mercado de Abastos and just 10 minutes from the lively Plaza de Cañadío. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a functional bathroom add to the experience. 24-Hour reception is a great feature!

The staff here were really attentive, and the rooms were a great deal - super comfy and had everything I needed, like fans and heating 🌬️.

The location of this place is great, close to the El Sardinero beach, and there is a nice cafeteria called Cafeteria Teleferico nearby.
